DUD 17. 1,445 days to go.

Today’s Resistance:

Today was fairly quiet for both sides. I emailed my Senators tasking them with rejecting Andy Puzder, who is decidedly against workers’-rights and a fan of repealing the ACA, as Labor Secretary.

The biggest wins were, strangely, commercials. If you haven’t watched the Super Bowl commercials yet, I highly suggest you do. There are several beautiful commercials, including ones from Audi, Budweiser, and Lumber 84. Of particular note was the Audi commercial, which is one of the best examples of how corporations can promote gender equality I’ve ever seen.

POTUS Today:

In a rather bizarre interview with Fox yesterday, POTUS defended Putin once again. Also, VPOTUS will head the investigation into voter fraud that has no evidence of existing. And POTUS’ best pal Tom Brady won another Super Bowl. Honestly, it was one of the least damaging of the past 17 days.
